1. Services

VivaClean, LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services by connecting clients with professional cleaning service providers.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Booking: All services must be scheduled in advance through our online booking platform.
  • Payment Authorization: To book a service, you must provide a valid credit card. We may place a temporary pre-authorization hold or require a deposit at the time of booking.
  • Pricing: The price for your service is based on the information you provide at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition or size of the property is different from what was represented.
  • Service Area: Our services are limited to specific areas in and around Austin, TX. Bookings outside of our standard service area may be subject to an additional fee.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee will be charged if a service is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
  • Rescheduling Policy: A rescheduling fee will be charged if a service is rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee, Re-Cleans, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our policies for addressing concerns are as follows:

  • Notification Window:
    • For Residential Cleaning, you must notify us of any concerns within 7 days of the service date.
    • For Commercial Cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service date.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide specific details and photographic evidence of the areas of concern.
  • Re-Cleans & Re-Service (Preferred Resolution): Our preferred method for resolving issues is to perform a re-clean or re-service of the specific areas that did not meet expectations.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Access: You must provide our service providers with safe and unobstructed access to the property.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and service needs.
  • Safe Environment: You agree to ensure a safe working environment, free from hazards or hostile individuals.

6. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal data as described in the policy. We may share your data with third-party partners like BookingKoala, Zapier, and Facebook for the purpose of providing and marketing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VivaClean, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website.
