Why we run it this way
Three things about hiring a cleaner bugged us enough to build a company against them. The first was the price. You called, described your house to a stranger, and got a number that could still change at the door.
The second was the stranger. A recurring booking that sends a different person every visit means re-explaining your home every visit, to someone who has never seen it.
The third was proof. If you were at work while the clean happened, you came home to a house that looked fine and no way to know what was actually done.
So the company runs the other way. Your exact price is online before you book, down to the bathrooms and the add-ons. A recurring plan keeps the same cleaner on your home. And after every clean, timestamped before and after photos of each room land in your client portal, next to your visit record.
One limit, stated plainly: we are a local Austin operation, not a national franchise. You get a real person on the phone here in town, and you also get a smaller calendar. Same-day openings go fast, and the booking page shows the days we actually have.
How a clean works
You book online in about a minute. Your exact total is on the screen before you pay anything, and it is the total you pay.
You do not need to stock anything for us. Your cleaner brings every supply and every tool.
On a recurring plan, the same cleaner comes back to your home: weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. The discount starts on your second visit, 20% weekly, 15% every two weeks, 10% monthly. Your first clean is at the regular one-time rate, because a first visit takes longer.
After the clean, your portal gets the photos and the visit record. If something is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-clean it free.
